1. Nonrefundable Deposit
The 50% deposit required to secure the project is nonrefundable once work has commenced. This covers preliminary work including planning, scheduling, design mockups, and initial development setup.
2. Refund Eligibility for Final Payment
Refunds on the final 50% payment will only be considered under the following conditions:
- Anzelle.com has not delivered the agreed-upon services as outlined in the approved project scope.
- The Client has provided all required materials and approvals within agreed timelines.
- The project is delayed solely due to Anzelle.com, and no mutually agreed extension or resolution has been reached.
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed and deliverables already provided. Full refunds will not be issued once the project has been substantially completed or delivered in final form.
3. Client-Initiated Termination
If the Client chooses to cancel the project after work has started:
- The deposit will be retained.
- Any additional payment made beyond the deposit will be refunded only if no corresponding deliverables or work hours have been completed.
- If partial work has been completed, Anzelle.com reserves the right to retain an appropriate portion of the total payment reflecting the time and resources spent.
4. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a refund request, Anzelle.com will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. Both parties agree to communicate in good faith before escalating the issue through formal channels.
